Every Day:1) Drink 2 glasses of water first thing.
2) Stretch for 5 or 10 minutes.
3) Read something inspirational.
4) Eat fresh fruits and vegetables.
5) Take a 15 to 30-minute walk.
6) Focus on what’s going right.
7) If you need a break, take one.
Be kind to everyone in your mind.
9) Turn off the TV; go to bed early. |
