Donna Eden Video On Seeing Energy

I want to write a bit more about Donna Eden. Until autumn of 2009, I had never heard of the woman whom many (including me) call “the happiest woman I’ve ever met” yet the inspiring Donna Eden has been a pioneer in energy medicine and energy psychology for thirty years.

How I missed hearing about her, I don’t know. Still, as the adage goes, the teacher appears when the student is ready. I guess I was ready because, although I didn’t know what she did or what to expect, for “some reason” (divine guidance), as soon as I saw notice that she would be lecturing locally, I bought a ticket and felt excited about seeing her.

It was amazing to be sitting in the audience and see Donna looking around from onstage, have her turn and focus on me, and call me up on state. What a privilege.

You see, Donna could see how everyone’s energy was running.  So she chose people with specific energy blocks in order to discuss what causes them and how they can be healed. I was one of about eight people from the audience that she chose in order to do demonstrations of how energy flows and what happens when you have a blockage.

Having felt tired for weeks, being there and being chosen was an answer to a prayer because I had no idea what was wrong. She showed me, and demonstrated to the audience of over 300 attendees, how my energy was running BACKWARD due to continually pushing myself too hard.

Since my energy was running backward, instead of being filled by God energy, I was being drained.

When she told me this – and how to get my energy going in the right direction even if I push myself too hard – it was a revelation as powerful as a thunderbolt.

Because Donna sees energy and could, without question, tell me what was going on and why I felt as I did, those few moments on stage were transformational. I found out what energy medicine can do, how powerful it is, and how blessed we are that people like Donna can see energy.

Better yet, I found out what it feels like to be completely energized.
